Sport Obermeyer Announces Hires, Promotions

ASPEN, COLORADO (October 1, 2025) – Sport Obermeyer, the Aspen-based ski and outerwear brand established in 1947, announced several strategic hires and promotions across its leadership and product teams.

“These appointments mark an important step in ushering the brand into its next era, building on its legacy of innovation, community, and mountain culture,” the news release from Obermeyer said.

In the past six weeks, Obermeyer has welcomed three new hires: Michelle Hollingsworth as Product Creative Director, Garrett Waldron as Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Sam Minassian as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

Brett Anderson has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) along with Brad Miller to Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Meredith Janos to Merchandise Manager.

With these appointments, Obermeyer has a fully refreshed C-suite leadership team in place to guide the brand into its next era.

Obermeyer was founded in Aspen in 1947 by ski pioneer Klaus Obermeyer.
