The NSGA Leadership Conference started in 1965 and is the premier networking and education event in the sporting goods industry. The Leadership Conference brings in high-profile speakers to motivate and inspire and discusses important issues. It also includes the annual Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame induction ceremony and dinner.
