Crystal Washington, a technology strategist and one of Forbes’ 50 Leading Female Futurists, enthusiastically kicked off this year’s Leadership Conference with her session on NextGen Relationships for Sales: Technology & Tactics For Business Growth. Washington emphasized the importance of three aspects of the sales journey responsible for successfully moving forward: people, purpose and process. Each of the three aspects have a relationship with technology and Washington argues that the goal is not to use more technology, but to accentuate your humanity in times of mass technology.
