Superfeet Makes Leadership Apppointments

FERNDALE, WASHINGTON (February 4, 2025)Superfeet announced a series of strategic leadership appointments, deepening its commitment to a people-first culture while fueling the company’s next phase of growth and solidifying its focus on performance and innovation.

After 12 years of dedicated service and leadership, Annie Quammen has been promoted to become Superfeet’s first Chief People Officer. In this expanded executive team role, Quammen will continue to oversee the company’s Global Human Resources operations and take on a key leadership role driving Superfeet’s purpose pillars: people, planet and philanthropy.

Leading the charge as Superfeet’s Chief Growth Officer is Dan Bailey, who joins the company from Traeger, where he served as VP of US Sales for nearly three years. Prior to that, Bailey led a cross-functional group of product, marketing and commercial teams for Nike. Bailey’s deep understanding of sports performance, specialty retail and his growth-focused leadership style make him a perfect fit to guide Superfeet’s future success.

Complementing Dan’s focus on growth, Mike Donnelly joins Superfeet as Vice President of Marketing. Donnelly, a former professional runner, brings a wealth of experience in brand building and product marketing storytelling, most recently leading brand marketing efforts for Nike Global Running and serving in a wide range of strategic-driven roles during his two-decade career there.

Rounding out the leadership team, Superfeet has appointed Jiewei Fridgen as Vice President of Operations. Fridgen brings two decades of experience in strategic planning across global and international markets, global supply chain management, operational excellence and team development from her tenures at Nike and Eddie Bauer. Fridgen will be essential in optimizing Superfeet’s operations to meet growing demand while reinforcing sustainable practices across the supply chain.

Heather Allerdice-Gerow also joins Superfeet as Head of Digital Product. With more than two decades of experience in product innovation, Allerdice-Gerow will be instrumental in shaping Superfeet’s digital product journey. She brings expertise from high-profile projects across various industries, including her recent work at global consultancy firms Symphony and 3Pillar Global, and leading Nike’s digital initiatives.
