Winmark Joining S and P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (January 21, 2026) – Winmark Corporation will replace Guess? Inc. in the S and P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Monday, January 26. Authentic Brands Group LLC and the Rolling Stockholders are acquiring Guess? in a deal expected to close soon pending final closing conditions.

Winmark is the parent company of Play It Again Sports and other resale franchises such as Once Upon a Child, Music Go Round, Style Encore and Plato’s Closet.

Winmark Corporation and Play It Again Sports are members of NSGA and the National Ski & Snowboard Retailers Association (NSSRA). Winmark’s John Davenport is a member of the NSGA Board of Directors.
