NSGA 2027 Leadership Conference Scholarship

Invest in your team, build peer networks, and gain actionable insights. The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) offers conference scholarships to support independent retailers and team dealers attending the NSGA 2027 Leadership Conference.

What the Scholarship Includes

Each awarded scholarship covers the primary expenses of attending the Leadership Conference:

  • Full Conference Registration Fee: Access to all keynote presentations, panel sessions and educational material.
  • Resort Accommodations: Complimentary 3-night stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights: May 23-25, 2027) at The Wigwam.
  • Official Hosted Meals & Events: Daily breakfasts networking luncheons, scheduled breaks and evening receptions.
  • Hall of Fame Access: One seat at the Sporting Goods Industry Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Tuesday evening.

 

Note: Recipients are responsible for their own round-trip travel, airport transfers and incidental personal expenses

Who is Eligible?

To apply for an NSGA Conference Scholarship, your business must meet the following manditory baseline criteria:

  • Eligible Businesses: Independent sporting goods retailers, team dealers, ski and outdoor specialty shops and hockey dealers.
  • Active NSGA Membership: Your company must be an active member of the National Sporting Goods Association. If you are not a member, join or renew today.

Allocation & Priority Details

  • Company Limit: A maximum of two (2) full scholarships may be awarded per member company.
  • Partial Awards: To support as many businesses as possible, NSGA may award partial scholarships (conference registration only).
  • Scholarships and Vendor Support: The scholarship program is supported by NSGA and industry vendor partnerships. NSGA funds the scholarship packages and reserves the right to determine the final allocation of full and partial scholarships.
  • Priority Consideration: Selection priority will be given to:
      • First-time attendees or individuals who have not attended the NSGA Leadership Conference within the past five (5) years.
      • Qualified applications submitted earliest in the application window.
