NEW BERLIN, WISCONSIN (October 30, 2024) – Chipply, an e-commerce platform for team stores, added Rhyen McFarland as its new Marketing Manager.
With seven years of experience in the promotional products industry, McFarland brings an extensive background in marketing, sales and customer service. In this role, McFarland will lead Chipply’s marketing initiatives alongside Chris Lynch, focusing on deepening customer engagement, enhancing brand visibility and supporting Chipply’s continued growth and innovation in the e-commerce team store space.
A versatile strategist and creative communicator, McFarland holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English with a focus on writing from Southeast Missouri State University. Before joining Chipply, McFarland worked in various customer-facing roles within the promotional products industry, gaining invaluable insights into the needs and challenges of industry professionals. This unique background equips McFarland to deliver targeted marketing efforts that will resonate with Chipply’s growing customer base of team dealers, custom apparel decorators and corporate suppliers.
As Marketing Manager, McFarland will work closely with Lynch and the Chipply leadership team to implement a customer-focused marketing strategy that builds on Chipply’s strong reputation for customer service and productivity-boosting tools. Her role will include developing brand messaging, executing digital and social media campaigns and enhancing customer outreach initiatives to drive engagement and satisfaction.
