NSGA Signs Letter to Address “In Transit” Reciprocal Tariff

DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS (June 27, 2025) – The National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) was a signatory to a letter to the Secretary of Homeland Security and the US Customs and Border Protection Commissioner to engage with supply chain stakeholders to address questions and concerns regarding ongoing challenges with the interpretation of the “in transit” reciprocal tariff exclusion to date.
