BOULDER, COLORADO (July 1, 2025) – Jon Rucker’s 15-year tenure as President of HEAD and Tyrolia Winter Sports came to an official end on June 27 as he left to pursue a new opportunity, according to an announcement from HEAD USA Inc.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jon once again for all his efforts in growing the brand, and we wish him the very best in his new adventure,” the HEAD statement said. “Throughout his tenure, Jon exemplified strategic vision and unwavering commitment, leaving a lasting impact on our organization. While he is stepping into an exciting new role within the winter sports industry, his belief in the bright future of the HEAD team remains strong.”

HEAD is building upon the foundation Rucker established by implementing what it called “a refreshed leadership model to align more closely with our evolving business goals.” The new structure will have Andrew Couperthwait as Vice President of Winter Sports Product & Marketing to bring a focused vision to product strategy and brand growth. Rob Mignon will continue to lead sales efforts as Vice President of Winter Sports Sales, ensuring continuity and momentum in the company’s market presence.

“HEAD is an amazing company filled with dedicated, passionate teams focused on delivering the finest and best-performing products available,” Rucker said in the statement. “My winter sports teammates are performing at a high level, as evidenced by double-digit percentage bookings growth in 2025. I’m proud to have been part of such a terrific team.”
