ST. CLAIR SHORES, MICHIGAN (February 28, 2025) – STAHLS’ first Print On Demand (POD) Summit brought together the industry’s top minds for an in-depth exploration of the future of POD and its disruptive impact.
Hosted by STAHLS’ and STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine, the invite-only conference was held Feb. 24-26 in Chandler, Arizona. The conference included leading innovators, manufacturers, suppliers, platforms and thought leaders, all eager to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of on-demand printing.
Key discussions centered on emerging technologies, market shifts and long-term industry implications, providing attendees with exclusive insights and strategic foresight. Panelists and speakers tackled critical topics, including automation, sustainability, supply chain transformations, and the expanding role of AI in POD.

“This conference was a game-changer,” said Carleen Gray, CEO GroupeSTAHL. “For the first time, industry leaders came together to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of print on demand.”
Moderated by industry expert Josh Ellsworth, the Chief Revenue Officer of GroupeSTAHL, the event also featured dynamic networking opportunities, interactive panels, and deep-dive “Burning Question” sessions, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for collaboration and industry advancement.
With the overwhelming success of POD 2025, plans are already underway for future events to continue driving innovation and progress in the POD space.
Jayson Tompkins, Chief Digital Officer at STAHLS’ and the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine founder, highlighted how businesses can scale more efficiently through strategic partnerships and smarter fulfillment workflows.
“No one succeeds in POD alone,” said Tompkins, “aligning with the right partners and technology is what separates the industry leaders from the rest.”
Ellsworth emphasized the industry’s collective power and said: “Print on demand is evolving fast, and success depends on collaboration. This event was the perfect space for industry leaders to connect, learn, and innovate together.”
