Training Equipment Manufacturer Sports Attack Acquired

EDMONDS, WASHINGTON (December 22, 2025) – Sound Growth Partners acquired Sports Attack, LLC on December 15, 2025. SGP, along with co-investors, provided all the capital required to complete the transaction via SGP’s One-Stop Buyout® structure.

Sports Attack, which was founded in 1995 and headquartered in Verdi, Nevada, is a manufacturer of high-velocity sports training equipment in the United States. Sports Attack has been a pioneer in the design of advanced pitching machines for baseball and softball, serving machines for volleyball and passing/kicking machines for football.
