The Naval Academy Athletics Association has one of the largest athletic programs in the country with 36 varsity intercollegiate teams.
“We are incredibly honored to continue to outfit Navy Athletics. Their student athletes display the highest level of dedication in the sports world, a focus we’ve had since our founding almost 30 years ago,” said Sean Eggert, SVP of Global Sports Marketing for Under Armour. “As a brand rooted in performance products, we are able to give the Midshipmen an edge to feel, look and perform their best. And as the future leaders of America, we proudly support our service members working toward a stronger, safer world.”
“On behalf of 36 varsity sport programs and 1,400 teammates, our immeasurable gratitude to Kevin Plank, his staff and the entire Under Armour enterprise for this historic commitment to Navy Athletics,” said Naval Academy Director of Athletics Chet Gladchuk. “Every varsity athlete at Navy will continue to be the beneficiaries of Under Armour equipment and apparel that represents the cutting edge in competitive technology and active sportswear. Our athletes deserve the most innovative product in the business and our partnership ensures they will take the fields of competition with pride and confidence in the look, style and performance of the industry’s best.”
