Wintersteiger Announces Acquisition of QBL

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (March 24, 2026) – Wintersteiger has acquired QBL, a prominent provider of storage and drying systems for the sports industry, in a move that significantly expands its capabilities to serve resorts, sports facilities and ski areas across the North American market. 

The acquisition, set to officially take effect in North America on January 1, 2027, positions Wintersteiger to deliver a full suite of storage solutions tailored to the needs of the hospitality and ski industry.

QBL, based in Poland, has a reputation for designing high-quality storage and drying systems tailored to the demands of the sports environment. The acquisition will allow Wintersteiger to offer a broader array of options and enhanced design flexibility to its North American clients.

The QBL product line will enhance Wintersteiger’s existing portfolio, opening new opportunities for resorts and ski areas seeking efficient, integrated storage systems.
