US Census Monthly Retail Trade Report – May 2025

DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS (July 28, 2025) – According to the US Census Bureau’s Monthly Retail Trade Report, sales for sporting goods stores during the month of May reached $4.89 billion, representing a decrease of 2.1 percent compared to the prior year. 

Information for June will be available next month.
