InkIQ, S + S Fully Integrate Their Services

MONTREAL, QUEBEC (October 29, 2026) – InkIQ, a vertical AI platform for apparel decorators, announced a full integration with S&S, a tech-forward leader in branded merchandise distribution, connecting catalog ordering and ZeroTouch receiving within InkIQ’s agentic ERP.

Decorators can now search, price and order from the S&S catalog, then receive shipments with ZeroTouch QR codes linked to the corresponding InkIQ job.

The integration streamlines the steps between a confirmed customer order and production, helping decorators across Canada and the United States spend less time on manual tasks and move garments into production faster.

According to S&S, its proprietary receiving technology, ZeroTouch, reduces receiving labor by 40% to 60% while improving production speed, accuracy and consistency. The company’s automated distribution network also supports 99.9% order accuracy.

When a decorator approves a job in InkIQ, the purchase order is placed with S&S directly from the job, carrying the product, quantity, artwork and decoration details. S&S ships the blanks with ZeroTouch box-level labels, and optional garment-level labels, so incoming stock can be routed directly to the right machine without opening, counting or staging boxes. Scanning a ZeroTouch code opens the matching job in InkIQ, with decoration type, placement and artwork attached.

Through a direct API connection, catalog ordering covers all S&S brands and SKUs available to the decorator’s account, with live inventory, pricing, order status and shipment tracking available inside InkIQ. Decorators connect using their own S&S accounts, retaining their pricing and terms.
