Delayed Implementation of NFHS Glove Rule

In 2012, NSGA successfully lobbied the NFHS to delay a new rule change that impacted the legality of football gloves for one year, to the 2013-14 school year. This delay provided NSGA members with more time to clear out their inventory of products that were no longer legal for high school football games. In February 2012, the delayed implementation was granted, saving NSGA members millions of dollars.
