Brooks Running Promotes Dodge to President

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (July 30, 2024) – Brooks Running promoted Matt Dodge to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1. Dodge moves into the role after Dan Sheridan became CEO in April.

Dodge comes back to Brooks’ global headquarters in Seattle after growing the business and team in its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) regions the past six years. Dodge also led Brooks’ global Human Resources and Legal teams prior to his role in Europe.

Josh Vaughan took over the Managing Director position in EMEA, effective August 1. Vaughan brings more than 15 years of experience in the outdoor performance industry to his new role. He recently served as the EMEA general manager for the icebreaker and Smartwool brands, which are both owned by the VF Corporation. He also held leadership positions with sporting brands in Australia, North America and Europe.
