Certor Sports Names GM of TUCCI

PLAINFIELD, INDIANA (January 14, 2026) — Certor Sports announced the appointment of Tom Burns as General Manager of TUCCI. Burns will oversee Certor’s rapidly expanding baseball and softball portfolio and will play a central role in accelerating the company’s vision for next‑generation athlete performance.

Burns brings more than two decades of experience driving growth and innovation across the sporting goods industry, with leadership roles at Warrior Sports, Wilson Sporting Goods, True Temper Sports and most recently as President of 44 Pro. His track record spans product development, brand strategy and operational excellence, experience that aligns directly with Certor Sports’ commitment to redefining what athletes can expect from their equipment.

Before joining Certor Sports, Burns led 44 Pro, transforming it into a powerhouse direct‑to‑consumer destination for baseball and softball athletes. Prior to that, he spent more than five years as General Manager at True Temper Sports, overseeing baseball and lacrosse, and more than 15 years at Warrior Sports in senior leadership roles.
