PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND (May 5, 2025) – G-Form® announced the launch of the Adaptive Riding Bib, the first padded base layer bib specifically designed for adaptive mountain biking (aMTB). This groundbreaking gear addresses a critical need for athletes with disabilities, offering advanced protection, comfort and accessibility.

“Developing the Adaptive Riding Bib has been an important and meaningful project for G-Form,” said Kris Lonergan, Director of Product Development at G-Form. “It supports our mission to empower every athlete to reach their full potential.”

The Adaptive Riding Bib is backed by extensive research and development in collaboration with experienced adaptive athletes to ensure essential product design needs are met. Featuring G-Form’s revolutionary SmartFlex® technology, the bib provides soft, lightweight and body-mapping protection that hardens on impact where riders need it most. Beyond aMTB, this bib can be used in any adaptive sport, and even everyday use, as it targets critical pressure points while seated.

The marketing campaign launched May 5 with athletes from Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, located near G-Form’s Rhode Island headquarters.

“It’s incredible to see a global brand like G-Form prioritize protection and inclusion for all MTB athletes,” said Jeff Alexander, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development at Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, “This product is a game-changer for accessibility in the outdoors.”
