OrderMyGear Names Gainey as VP of Revenue Operations

DALLAS, TEXAS (July 25, 2023) – OrderMyGear announced Adam Gainey will be its new Vice President of Revenue Operations. Gainey will play a pivotal role in developing and executing on strategies that improve client acquisition, growth and satisfaction by using streamlined process, technology and data across the entire revenue organization.

“Adam’s promotion directly supports our mission to empower promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, and team dealers to serve more groups with branded merchandise, all while reducing the time to launch and fulfill stores. He will be instrumental in helping us scale up our revenue systems, processes, strategies, and enterprise client engagement so we can continue to provide a higher level of service and thought leadership to our clients,” said Leonid Rozkin, CEO of OMG. 

Rozkin further commented, “In the past four years, we more than tripled our online sales, made significant enhancements to our core Pop-up Stores, and recently added two new products — Redemption Stores and Company Stores. We are continuing to invest across all functions of our business to bring more tools and service to our clients. We believe there is massive untapped potential in helping our clients engage with more groups with online stores and Adam will be an integral part of unlocking it.”

In his new role, Gainey will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of OMG’s revenue operations, taking a cross-functional approach to align and optimize sales, marketing, and client success teams. Gainey will continue to ensure that OMG’s revenue teams are equipped with the right tools, technology, and processes to deliver the best possible service to clients, bolstering OMG’s commitment to helping promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, and team dealers sell more branded merchandise online.

Since joining OMG in 2020, Gainey has been instrumental in building out and scaling the finance, operations, and business development functions within the company. Through this he has streamlined the company’s processes and developed growth strategies with a focus on building and maintaining strategic client partnerships. Before joining OMG, he served as a global finance and operations leader at Sabre, a global travel technology corporation.
