MONTREAL, QUEBEC (November 14, 2022) – Sports Excellence Corporation (SEC), a Canadian buying group based in Quebec, has hired Steve Rixe as its new director of U.S. retail development.
Rixe is a 30-year veteran of the sporting goods industry. The last 22 years have been spent at CCM, where Rixe has served as the senior U.S. sales manager, a position he held for the past nine years.
“We are proud, thrilled and honored to have Steve join our team. We are confident that he will bring our U.S. network together and elevate their respective businesses. That has been his reputation for many years,” said Jamie Coughlin, V.P. Retail Performance for SEC.
