CHESTERFIELD, MICHIGAN (September 23, 2025) – STAHLS’ officially celebrated the grand opening of STAHLS’ Fulfill ONE (SF1), the groundbreaking innovation lab and fulfillment center. The grand opening event brought together more than 100 guests, including decorators, suppliers, media contacts and industry leaders for a first look at how STAHLS’ is redefining the future of print on demand, with partnerships powered by Fulfill Engine™ technology and state-of-the-art decoration capabilities.

This new facility is designed as a place where brands, decorators and suppliers can collaborate to test, refine and scale new decoration technologies together. Built on the central theme of the power of collaboration through transparency and trust, STAHLS’ SF1 remains committed to moving the industry forward to a place where everyone wins.

Event attendees experienced hands-on demonstrations at stations across multiple decoration methods, including Direct to Film (DTF), Direct to Garment (DTG), Direct Embroidery, LIQUID 3D™ Dimensional Logos On Demand, UV Printing, and Laser Engraving. Each station highlighted how the decoration technologies at SF1 make premium fulfillment more accessible, sustainable and scalable.

SF1 is now open and primarily serves as an innovation laboratory, showcasing the latest in decoration technology, hosting exclusive product testing and featuring next-gen equipment from industry-leading manufacturers. The majority of order fulfillment will always remain in the trusted STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine™ decorator network.

The SF1 grand opening event featured a presentation from STAHLS’ executive leadership, including Carleen Gray, GroupeSTAHL CEO, Josh Ellsworth, GroupeSTAHL Chief Revenue Officer, and Jayson Tompkins, STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine™ Chief Digital Officer. The presentation highlighted STAHLS’ commitment to sustainability, innovation and scalability as the foundation for the future of branded merchandise. SF1 will play a critical role in the development of the new model of responsiveness vs. predictivity and understanding branding as an experience.

“This is a whole new frontier for STAHLS’,” Gray said. “SF1 is built on partnerships for print on demand, including adding a ROQ DTG printer and Melco embroidery equipment, with every decorating technology supported by the STAHLS’ Fulfill Engine platform.”

With the opening of SF1, STAHLS’ reinforces its legacy of innovation while positioning the facility as a launchpad for what’s next in decorated apparel and branded merchandise. The Fulfill Engine™ network of decorators remains the backbone of STAHLS’ fulfillment as SF1 plays a unique role as a hub for experimentation, product development, and premium client experiences.

SF1 is now open for tours and collaboration opportunities, offering customers and partners the chance to see the future of fulfillment in action. For more information about the grand opening event, visit stahls.blog.com/sf1.
