Wilson Continues as Official Tennis Ball of NJCAA

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA (October 8, 2021) – The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) announced a partnership renewal with Wilson Sporting Goods Co. (Wilson) to continue as the Official Tennis Ball of the association. With the continued partnership agreement, the U.S. Open Extra Duty balls are classified as the official tennis balls for the NJCAA.

Wilson will provide NJCAA membership with exclusive discounted purchase programs for racquets and accessories, including the yearly College Preferred Package Program and the ITA Redemption Program. Wilson has been a member of the National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA) since 1950.

Wilson’s preferred pricing for NJCAA members will continue to include a logo-stamped ball as well as top-quality products for in-season and post-season competition. Similarly, Wilson’s support for tennis championships will carry on with in-kind balls for national championship events.

This fall, the NJCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championship will take place October 29-31, 2021, at the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Georgia. This spring, the NJCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Championship is slated for May 7-11, 2022, at the Reffkin Tennis Center in Tucson, Arizona. The NJCAA Division III Men’s Tennis Championship will follow on May 13-15, 2022, at a predetermined location and the NJCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Championship will take place May 16-20, 2022, at the JoAnn Medlock Murphy Tennis Center in Tyler, Texas.
